The rumbling of the cars n buses broke the silence of the dawn. we reluctantly woke up from our snooze. bustling around we prepared ourselves for a hetic day ahead.

We gathered outsdie the dormitory n waited for our transport to arrive. 36 of us boarded the lorry. we filled up every space like sardines in a can. as a mornig ritual, muz of us dozed off.

The ritual was interrupted wen we were flung abt the back of the lorry. suddenly, we saw blood everywhere. my frens n i were groaning in pain n shouting for help. my uniform was stained red as i had a gash on my chest.

All our shoes n bags were flown out as we were flung abt. we screamed at our frens to reman calm. as dey were frightened, dey continued screaming.

When the s'pore civil dfence force came, dere were many of us injured. 1 of the lory drivers was trapped in the lorry n nded to b freed. dey used hydraulic tools to free him. dere were paramedics helping the injured.

We were sent to the hospitsl for check-ups. it ws scary as our wonds had to b stitched up. spokesmen fm the firm tt hired the workers told the straits times tt no safety rules were flouted on tt day. after the accident we were mur alert in the morning during the ride to work.

i was kinda amazed abt her work wahahax. given her as my sister being able to write wif dis standard was like WOW!
